Our food

In our restaurant, we always serve well-prepared traditional home-style meals made from scratch. We use Swedish meat and choose locally produced ingredients whenever possible, depending on the season and availability.

We care deeply about our oceans and therefore choose not to serve fish or seafood from threatened stocks or from unsustainable farming practices.

Our skilled chefs are happy to add their own personal touch to the menus. By combining classic flavors with new and exciting elements, they create dishes prepared with great care and a genuine love for the ingredients.

For us, sustainability is a natural part of our every day life. We collaborate with suppliers in the local area to reduce transportation and environmental impact. In addition, we plan our purchases carefully to keep the number of deliveries per week to a minimum. Our largest supplier runs their deliveries using environmentally adapted vehicles.

We actively work to reduce food waste in our restaurant. For example, we try to use as much as possible of every ingredient in our cooking. As a guest, you can also contribute — feel free to start with a smaller portion from the buffet and refill as needed, so that together we can reduce food waste.

We are also proud of our concept “TYLEBÄCKSPRODUCERAT” (produced by Tylebäck), products made by us on site. Keep an eye out for our label in the restaurant at all occasions, from breakfast, coffee breaks and lunch to dinners. Enjoy the taste and feel free to tell us what you think!
